(9) My experience with T. Wesley Stancil
began over a decade ago. Mr. Stancil's method of motivating the
mind of an individual is phenomenal. Human beings thrive on
achieving goals, thus it is natural that when a person is
motivated to achieve personal and professional goals * and
reaches them * then no accomplishment is deemed out of reach.
Mr. Stancil's method (The Stancil Method) teaches the individual
how to persevere. Failures are counted as success notches and
each hurdle is turned into a challenge to be worked through.
Difficult personalities types are studied, dissected and a
strategy is put in place in order to achieve an overall goal of
personal satisfaction. The Stancil Method of dealing with
difficult personalities (whether it is the ineffective or
antiquated manager, the chronically-ill employee or the employee
who is change or team resistant) requires a person to simply
employ a timeless technique based on a solid, proven principle,
that of empathy. Many persons in our society equate mildness and
empathy with weakness. However, The Stancil Method soundly puts
that idea to rest. Why? Because it automatically assumes a
person wants to do their absolute best and simply needs to know
how to fit in. We all have a desire to find our niche, where WE
belong. This is true of where a person lives, what a person does
for a living and what hobbies a person chooses. The Stancil
Method helps people to achieve their personal and professional
goals and produces a great deal of personal and professional
satisfaction. I have benefitted personally from this method. I
feel I have reached my personal and professional goals by
implementing the techniques enumerated above. I believe they
work and currently employ them in my own mentoring activities.

motivator. Many times a speech can be just a lot of words , but

word pictures that walk you to a goal. Another highlight is his

(19) Wesley Stancil in my opinion,
has an innate ability to make people feel a strong sense of
positivity when he speaks. I have suffered from a severe case of
clinical depression for many years. However, while listening to
